Sleeping eight to 10 hours in a night doesn't ensure that you'll have a good night’s rest. Yet, how is it that you can sometimes knock out only four or five hours and feel super refreshed by morning?
There are a several special ingredients, here are two …
It’s all about Quality not Quantity! And you can blame or credit your mattress.
The best mattress and box spring in the world may not provide optimum sleeping conditions.
An NFL wide receiver came up to me one day complaining of not sleeping well, and it was affecting him at practice. He told me his wife is having a GREAT experience with their “Top of the line” brand of foam mattress … but he, is NOT. His number one complaint is, "It makes me so hot. I feel like I'm in a sauna.” Even with the AC cranking, all the covers end up on his wife's side. Secondly, he said, “I feel like I'm in a hole, and when I try to roll over, I feel like I'm being pulled back in.” This perfect impression your body leaves in the foam is also known as “canyoning,” and it gets worse with the age of the mattress.
Having heard these two complaints multiple times with regards to this “New, Space Age” foam, it provided reason to investigate.
Finally, I found an answer in the new technology developed by a mattress company called BioPosture …
- As you will hear in the video, the BioPosture bed stays cool due to its open-cell architecture within the foam.
- The durability of the bed and consciousness towards environmentally friendly materials has also prevented this bed from “canyoning.”
I am also proud to say that the company has asked me to be on their professional advisory board.
“Any one company who is that conscientious about their product, dedicated to research, and THAT passionate about one of the most important factors of health - getting a good night's sleep -- is a perfect association for me.”
Enjoy the video and sleep like a pro.
